In an effort to provide services in the “most convenient location” for clients, MPCS started this program in 2013 placing staff members in the major treatment facilities in Lafayette parish. MPCS Service Coordinators visit with clients while they receive chemotherapy or wait for radiation treatment. This allows MPCS the opportunity to educate clients on how we can help, as well as conduct assessments and provide services on-site.
